Cash invested: $35,000
Single family off a wholesalers list. This is my 6th property invested in the Detroit area.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I have been investing with a small group repeatedly in Detroit for the past 3 years. plenty have an amazing contractor that does great work.

How did you add value to the deal?
new roof from flooding, tree fall, new kitchen, and cleaned up bathroom.

out of state investing, also lots of rain delaying the roof and getting more water in the house
