A great investment oppurtunity.

Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Roanoke.

Purchase price: $60,000
Cash invested: $5,000
Sale price: $130,000

Fixed up basement and was pretty muched ready to go after that. Bought the house off a friend who didn't want it anymore.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The profit at the end

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The seller was my friend. He only owed 50 left and already had another house. Just wanted to get rid of the house. So I offered 60 and he said yes.

How did you add value to the deal?

Fixed up the basement and cleaned up the house. Was already in good shape
