Advise on purchasing a home in Jupiter Florida

I am a foreigner. I arrived here a few months ago and I live in a rented house in Jupiter. I would like to buy a house that I will live in for two years and then rent it. What is the accepted return to the region? Can I get a loan or should I bring the whole amount of the purchase? Does anyone know the environment and will be able to advise which area and what budget to direct?
