Subject-To Deal Analyzer?
Hi All,
I am looking for a spreadsheet to help me analyze subject-to deals. If anyone has one they are willing to share please send it on or post in the files section.
I've scoured the BP website looking for this but haven't found one, if it's here then let me know!
Thanks all.

I take it the seller gets something on the back end after the sale?
I'm pretty sure the above mentioned spreadsheet will help you do your deal analysis (http://www.biggerpockets.com/files/user/JasonScott/file/13-rehab-analysis-spreadsheet---basic. Most of your costs will be entered under holding cost.
