Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Shaker Hts.

Purchase price: $80,000

Fix and Flip property currently in renovation phase.
Adding new siding, new windows, Replacing forced air heating unit adding central air. All new floors tile, vinyl plank, and carpet. Completely renovating kitchens and bathrooms with new cabinets, tile, floors and fixtures. Replacing some wiring, all switches and outlets and all lights. Painting all rooms inside. Replacing brick patio area with stamped concrete. Resurfacing driveway. Exterminating termites and carpenter bees and repairing damage to sheetrock and framing. Repairing roof leaks.
