Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment in Catasauqua.

Purchase price: $140,000
Cash invested: $18,000

This is the first property I bought for me to live in with my family. I wanted to start building equity in my home so I can use some refinancing later to strengthen my investment capability.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Saving rent mone

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found through broker. Negotiated with 10% seller's credit which covered all of closing cost and some small renovations which cost around 2k.

How did you finance this deal?

Through bank loan

By moving into it
