Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $56,000

i Just bought my 1st SHF with a Va loan

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to Rehab just a bit , then after about a one year or so use it as a rental

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this this of all places >>>> LOL on C.L.
while on vacation in Fl

How did you finance this deal?

a VA loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Im going to tile the floors and install a instant hot water

What was the outcome?

Im still in the rehab stage

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I bought this place over the phone while on vacation .
When we returned home and did our "Walk Through" the pictures that they posted were misleading

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Yes I would use highly recommend Caliper Home loans they are were excellent people to work with
