What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Real estate has always appealed to me, I liked the neighborhood and had been interested in doing a flip.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Bank was selling it, I contacted a real estate agent.

How did you finance this deal?

I had savings.

How did you add value to the deal?

Remodeled the whole house, inside and out. Made it modern.

What was the outcome?

House turned out very nice, had an offer for what I wanted in 2 weeks.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I can do it!
