Going from renter to owner in same house

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Zillah.

Purchase price: $160,000
Cash invested: $15,000

We are currently renting this house and have been for the past year. The owner wants out of rentals and wanting to pool his money into a new home for his family. He is giving us a heck of deal FSBO. We are so excited for this opportunity to be home owners again.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Great deal with price In the city of zillah.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

We are currently renting the home

How did you finance this deal?

We are negotiating now. Hope to do FHA loan

How did you add value to the deal?

We want to add a bathroom, repair roof, small things here and there.

What was the outcome?
