First investment outside of my own homes.

Single-family residence other investment in Lancaster.
Purchase price: $300
Cash invested: $200
Sale price: $2,600
I bought this property at a tax auction

I have a mentor who showed me the ropes.

I was the highest bidder on the property

Treated the house for pests and cleaned up the property
What was the outcome?
A previous owner of the house wanted it back and called me to get it.

Do not be the first to give a price. I could have sold this for more.
I can make a Title for myself.

Myself. I am a real estate broker in NC. Regardless, this did not help me much.
