What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

There was no deal, it was my first home, 30 months later I purchased a second and was able to rent out this home.

How did you finance this deal?

Traditional mortgage.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

If I had to do it again I would have spent more time researching the proper way to be a landlord and not just found tenants so that my mortgage was paid.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Ryan Butler with Keller Williams
