Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $140,000
Cash invested: $25,000

Primary residence with some improvements. Refi'ed and rented out as first rental home.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Thanks to a few books and all of the info I'm picking up from BP podcasts, I'm realizing this particular home probably isn't the best choice to hold onto for positive cash flow. However I'm grateful for the home as it kick-started my interest in real estate and now I'm hooked.
