My First Accidental Deal!

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $350,000
Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $630,000

Partnered with a family member and purchased a short sale listed on the MLS, attached duplex with a 3bd/2bth unit and a 2bd/1bth unit as our primary residence. Made $40k in improvements and planned to keep but circumstances changed so we decided to sell. Luckily we did and this turned into my first accidental "long term" flip that peaked my interest in real estate investing (especially after I got that 6 digit escrow check)!

awesome deal, congrats.  About the short sale process, how long did it take from making offer to closing the deal?
