Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Santa Maria.

Purchase price: $293,500
Cash invested: $76,500

4 bed/3 bath project at a crossroads...Should I sell it for mid $400s or rent for $2400 range?

How did you finance this deal?

Cash through a Roth 401k since all gains are tax free!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I’m an agent so I represented myself and found the seller a new residence, which ended up being a win-win for both parties.
