Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Milwaukee.

Live and Flip. Took me a couple years but I was straight out of college so I didn't have a ton of money to do everything at once.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Previous owner made some updates but left some pretty big jobs on the table. This scared a lot of buyers but I saw it as an opportunity. The previous owner did a lot of ground work and I finished the job.

How did you add value to the deal?

Kitchen Update, Land scraping (3 retaining walls to level out the whole back yard), privacy fence, remolded basement, Face lift to all other rooms in the house.

What was the outcome?

Turned a good profit. The market was in my favor as well.
