Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $485,000
Cash invested: $122,000

Condo purchased as a personal residence. Not the best cashflow, but in an A+ area super easy to rent out. A couple metro stops from Amazon's new headquarters. Planning to hold onto for another 5-10 years and hope for some appreciation.

Learned just how much a large condo fee eats up your returns. Will try to avoid condos as an investment going forward, especially ones with many amenities
