Hi I am new to investing and to Bigger Pockets. My biggest hurdle analysis. I'm wondering if this is a deal?  The numbers look like a deal. It is in a B- neighborhood in Birmingham AL with a median income of just shy of 52,000 (according to niche.com). Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
