getting started in wholesaling

Im fairly new to real estate and im kinda having trouble finding good leads to work with, any tips on how or where to find decent leads to work on??

Congratulations on getting started.
I would say the path of least resistance to get started, would be vacant/abandoned properties. These owner are most likely to be the least emotionally tied to that property, and would probably welcome an offer.
I would pick out a 12 block radius and drive. I would think you could find at least 50 properties, in a 12 block radius.
