Tanks and Auctions - how to minimize risk?
Hey guys I am currently bidding on a property in an online auction and I wanna know how I can mitigate the risk involved with their possibly being tanks. I’m trying to reach out to the realtor from an expired listing. Any other suggestions?
Thanks,
John Moses
