This is my first real estate purchase.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Originally I was just sick of paying rent and wanted a way that I could live cheaper.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found out that my landlord was interested in selling the triplex that I lived in, so we worked out a deal.

How did you finance this deal?

Seller financed

How did you add value to the deal?

Not sure, but I'm currently living in one unit and renting the other two.
