Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in Milano.

Purchase price: $100,000

Currently working on my first house hack with my 7 bedroom 3 bath “twin” home and am looking for some pointers on the best way to fix the layout for maximum profit.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Well my grandparents couldn’t really afford the mortgage on their own and offered my family to rent this property as long as we pay half the mortgage and fix it up. At the time I didn’t realize what I was really getting into until I saw the real potential in this property.
