Is this a good Deal or No Deal to wholesale?
I need your help please, I was sent information on a property listed on the MLS the RA states that they are asking for $500,000 with $400,000 worth of violations. If I offer 100,000 would you consider that a good deal. I want to make an offer. This is a brownstone house.
