First buy & hold investment. Single family home in a great location. Should be able to apply the BRRR strategy to this property.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Sustainable passive income for financial freedom.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I found this property on the MLS as a new listing. Went and looked at it and made an offer the same day.

How did you finance this deal?

Convential financing

How did you add value to the deal?

No inspections and short closing.

What was the outcome?

I'm closing on a good first buy & hold investment and couldn't be happier. More to come......

Lessons learned? Challenges?

This was a straight forward deal with little challenge.

I'm an agent.
