Speed wholesaling.......

May be hard to gain traction due to mega ibuyers (Zillow, Redfin, Opendoor, etc...) already mastering this strategy. To me its the same as a mom & pop grocery store competing with Wal-mart.

It's essential to purchase your first property with your own CASH to rake full advantage of the BRRRR method. True or False?

I found this property on the MLS as a new listing. Went and looked at it and made an offer the same day.

No inspections and short closing.

What was the outcome?

I'm closing on a good first buy & hold investment and couldn't be happier. More to come......
