Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Saint James.

Purchase price: $275,000

Cash invested: $275,000

Built Custom Home for client in 2006, Purchased home during downturn in 2009

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was in my Jr. year of High School and remembered just how much the budget was to build. Seizing the opportunity, this was my first venture into real estate.
