Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Miami.

I received a Minor Equity in a beautiful home close to a golf course with 10 years of equity built up.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I saw this as a great value add to my aunt so my benefit was a share of the equity.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

She found the deal, we spoke at her home in FL and a few months later I got the call.

How did you finance this deal?

She did.

How did you add value to the deal?

With wisdom, I've received from mentors like Philip M. CEO of NYEG

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Action always beats thinking.
