Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) commercial investment investment.

Sale price: $350,000

Four unit apartment complex, built in early 1900s-1930s.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I believe it is one of the best real estate investing strategies (i.e., muti-family apartments).

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found via a friend who owns a property management business.

How did you finance this deal?

Deal is not complete, will be financed via commercial loan.
