Need advice on 3/3 duplex with Tax Delinquencies 2010/2011
I have came across a 3/3 duplex that isn't OFFICIALLY listed on the MLS, but is delinquent in taxes for 2 years now. IT seem the owner of the property has a couple others that he can't pay the taxes on either. It's in a great area, wihtin 10 minutes from the University in Milwaukee; may find interest by students/faculty!?
Can anyone help me with advice/guidance on this one?
