Morning BP Nation!

Looking to get into my second Multi-family house hack. I have two options here I was wondering what y’all’s opinions were on these situations.

Normal Rent: $1,400/month

Short Term Rent: $2,800+/month

Option 1 4.25% Interest Rate:

140K One parcel (need to sell it someday all at once)

Insurance:94

PMI: 20

P&I: 585

$700/month

21K Down.

Option 2 4.25% Occupied Side 5.25% Investment Side:

140K two parcels (could sell one at a time)

Insurance: 94

PMI: 30

P&I: 309

P&I: 327

760/month

17.5K Down.

What option would you go with?

Cheers,

Sebastian
