I'm very new to analyzing deals. This is currently rented as a single-family home and my idea is to convert it into a duplex (zoned for duplex).I owe $130K on the mortgage but will need around $350K to convert. I used the BRRR analysis, but believe there are errors in the way I entered the information and/or have made several mistakes and/or am probably not using the right tool...??....Is this considered a BRRR?
