I need help with strategy.. 1st deal
So I have found a property in my area that is a short sale. Looks great not much work needed. seller wants to net $86,000. I am also a realtor. What is the best strategy to make money on this. Given that..
There is heavy rental demand.
Rents for 3 BR's such as this is almost 2x what the paymwnt would be
I have no money to close except RE commission.
I would have to find an end buyer.
Deal or no deal?
