Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $129,000
Cash invested: $38,700

Studio apartment in Espoo, Finland. First rental I bought through my investment company I founded with my brother and husband. A probate that needed a complete gut renovation. Going to BRRRR it. :-) The cash we got from cash flow from the other rentals, refinancing previous BRRRR deals, and saved salary.
