Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $65,000
Cash invested: $110,000
Sale price: $219,900

This was a 2 bed 1 bath on .6 acres. The house was turned into a 3 bed 2 bath with a master suite. We bought it from a contractor. We used the same contractor to fix the house. We had to trade painting house for new windows. Lots of experienced learned.
