3 bedroom 1 Bathroom, Single family residence in Shaler school district. Nice size yard, and sunroom on the back of the house!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have a friend who has been involved for years investing in over 100 properties. I liked the idea and thought this could be the start of something for my family.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

As a realtor I found it through the MLS, it was in foreclosure so it was on a bidding site.

How did you finance this deal?

Partner back financing.

How did you add value to the deal?

Knowledge of the Shaler area, and just finding the property. Also currently managing the work being done on the property.
