Single-family residence fix & flip investment.
Purchase price: $7,000
Cash invested: $15,000
Framing stage. The new roof is on in first floor is gutted
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I am investing on the fringe and the numbers look good. Total investment 40,000 4 months and will sell for 80
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
I found out about the deal through my contractor. They were asking 15 I offered seven they excepted.

How did you add value to the deal?
It was a illegally converted to family it was very small and broken up weird. Now it’s an open concept 3/2 single
