Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment in San Antonio.

Purchase price: $56,705
Cash invested: $24,715

I close this week. It's near the Lackland AFB. Single family home needing cosmetic rehab and a new roof

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Looking to improve my cash position and get started in real estate. A primarily cosmetic rehab at a great price seems like the best way to start.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Found on MLS we bid on it the day it was listed.

How did you finance this deal?

hard money

Lessons learned? Challenges?

still working on it!

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Working with an awesome Real Estate agent Michelle T. She fun and bilingual which helps when gathering info from neighbors about the area.
