Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Mesa.

Purchase price: $125,000
Cash invested: $1,000
Sale price: $168,000

This was my first home. I bought it to rent to college students. The homes in this area have really appreciated so it time let it go and fund the next deal! Listed at 170k and sold for 168k in 4 days!
