My first post and investment that I stumbled into

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Lansdale.

Purchase price: $178,000
Cash invested: $42,000

As it says in my bio, I sorta stumbled into this. When I bought it I had no interest in making it a rental, but have enjoyed the extra cash flow ever since I did. It's a townhouse so I do have HOA fees, but I have to say it makes it easier not having to worry about complaints regarding snow and cut grass.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was going to lose money if I sold it after two years so renting seemed like the best option, and I've never looked back since.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I've worked with Mark McGuire from Keller Williams in Montgomery county from the start of renting it, to buying my new home in Warrington, and I couldn't recommend him enough. He's always there to answer any questions I have, and is extremely knowledgeable about real estate.
