Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $103,000
Cash invested: $103,000

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Marq Cobb contacted me after I was sent a questioner. He a BP member and works for Chris Clothier in Memphis Tennessee.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I selected the house it was one of about six the Marq sent to me

How did you finance this deal?

Annuity (401k) money’s

How did you add value to the deal?

Bought the House after inspection clearance. About 12 things had to be fixed before my purchase.

What was the outcome?

Good!

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Learning about turn key investing. It was easier process than my second house.
