Single-family residence commercial investment investment in Bellevue.

Purchase price: $166,000

4 bedroom, 4 bathroom 2700 sq ft, 2 car garage, 5 mins from Offutt AFB.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Large house, way under valued in an area that is growing at 6%
