• Looking for another point of view on a first investment property.  Wanting to stay local in a very solid, yet high priced market.  This property may even be a stretch at this price but is a well build singe family that will likely need minimal repair and maintenance in the coming years.  Is this a good starting point, or should I continue to search for a property with a higher roi and more projected cash flow?View report
