Cash invested: $25,000

S/F corner lot with fenced yard, oversized 2 car garage, new kitchen cabinets, hardware, stainless appliances & sink, granite countertop, new wood, carpet and tile floors, new deck, new lighting and door hardware, tile in both bathrooms,
