Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $57,000
Cash invested: $68,000

Replaced part of foundation, added a fourth bedroom and bathroom. Touched everything but roof

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Good spread, ARV 195,000

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

My realtor brought it to me priv

Private money made big and better

How did you add value to the deal?

Made it bigger, brought it out of the 70s, will be a nice place

What was the outcome?

We are trimming it now , starting our next one this coming week.
