Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in South Lake Tahoe.

Purchase price: $250,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Full rehab of house zoned duplex in south lake Tahoe on a big lot. House needed full rehab including some modifications in the framing. Really nice place though with a great big yard.
