Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $24,000
Cash invested: $1,500

My mother bought a new house. Could not sell this one due to needing work. Working with my sister and mother to fix up for a sale.

My mother owned the house.

How did you finance this deal?

It was already paid off by my mother.

How did you add value to the deal?

replaced the plaster with drywall; added a hallway to get to the bathroom without walking through the bedrooms
