Hi there. My first post and first request for deal analysis help. 

I am looking at my first rental purchase and not looking to flip or have to spend a bunch of time fixing it up. Appreciate any advice. 

Both units are currently rented at $1,000 and $1,050 and there is room to up the amounts on extension but I want the deal to make sense as is. Cheers.
