Unintended sell; 4plex that I bought and held

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

This was my first remodel. I installed new cabinets and countertops, installed new vinyl planking, painted interior and exterior, installed a new 170ft security fence, extended a wooden fence and adjusted for grade, installed an irrigation system, maintained the foliage, and other maintenance updates.
