deal or no deal how should I go about on trying to analyze this d

here is the deal this house is in Tacoma area in Washington it recently had fire damage the property is assessed at 187k it is a 3 bed 1 bath 2 story it was a rental property what should I do to analyze this property to make this a good deal?

Earl, you simply need to go to the BP 'Tools' section and use one of the calculators. You can input all of the relevant data and it will calculate the figures necessary to determine whether or not it's a good deal. With the little information you've provided, it doesn't sound like it's a deal.
