Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $460,000
Sale price: $450,000

Great lesson in recession real estate! Bought this 2BR, 2BA condo right at the peak of real estate market and it dropped value immediately. However, we had a renter cover the majority of our mortgage the entire time so, at the very least, we were able to live relatively affordably during our time there.
