[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
*This link comes directly from our calculators, based on information input by the member who posted. Not sure if I am integrating Private Money correctly (5%, will do 100% of cost + rehab, 6 mos deferred, then terms up to 25 years). Currently property poorly managed (owner medical challenges), rents significantly below market (Studios around $700-800 / mo and 1BR between $800-1200/mo). Looking at offer of $335k, with having about $65k for upgrades/operating cost to upgrade units as they become vacant (to help justify raising rent to market value).
